Understanding the NDIS
Discover the story of a community built on tradition, civic pride, and a vision for tomorrow.
Navigating Your Path to Support
Your NDIS journey is structured into three main funding categories: Core Supports, Capacity Building Supports, and Capital Supports. At Azaria Care, we work within these NDIS funding areas to deliver personalised disability support services that are practical, goal-driven, and focused on improving everyday life.
Whether you need assistance with daily living, want to develop new skills for independence, or require support for specialised equipment and housing needs, we ensure your NDIS plan is used effectively to maximise your outcomes and overall wellbeing.

Am I Eligible for NDIS Support?
Whether you need assistance with daily living, want to develop new skills for independence, or require support for specialised equipment and housing needs, we ensure your NDIS plan is used effectively to maximise your outcomes and overall wellbeing.
Age Requirement
You must be aged between 7 and 65 years. Children under 7 may access early intervention supports through the Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) approach, while individuals over 65 may be supported through aged care services.
Residency Status
You must live in Australia and be either an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa to access the NDIS.
Disability Requirement
You must have a permanent and significant disability that impacts your ability to carry out everyday activities such as communication, mobility, learning, social interaction, or self-care.
Early Intervention
You may also be eligible if early support is likely to reduce the impact of your disability in the future or improve your ability to live independently over time, while also supporting your family and carers.
